30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love your CozyPaws hoodie. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Items damaged through misuse, pet chewing or scratching, or washing contrary to the care instructions are not eligible.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at cozypaws.storesupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping or send a free replacement. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
