Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CozyPaws online store at cozypawspets.store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. The Store is operated by CozyPaws. By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products. We make every effort to display product colors, sizes and details accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our pet hoodies are designed for small dogs and cats up to the weight stated on the product page. Always supervise your pet while it is in the pouch, support your pet with your hand when bending down, and do not use the product in hot weather or during strenuous activity. The product is not a safety device or a substitute for a pet carrier approved for travel.
2. Orders. An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). For U.S. orders, prices displayed include applicable taxes, and shipping within the U.S. is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal described in the Legal Notice.
5. Intellectual property. All content in the Store, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to CozyPaws or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Store. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Privacy. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published in the Store when you place your order applies to that order.
9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you live.
